During the process of metalworking, rolling is a metal forming process in which metal stock passes through one or more pairs of rolls to reduce the thickness and to make the thickness uniform. The housing of the product is fabricated by forged alloy steel which can generate high separating force and achieve high safety. All rolls are made of forged and high chrome molybdenum, tungsten, and vanadium. Having gone through the vacuum heat treatment and tempering treatment, the product has the minimum wear and is in accordance with the highest standard of the United States. The mills are equipped with sliding gear that drives the intermediate rolls. The gear can provide a precise and uniform circular motion, which not only help produce a superior finish but also plays an important role in rolling the light gauge materials. In addition, at the bottom of the rolls, an advanced DGC system is also added, which achieves uniformity and accuracy of the tolerances.
