Used in the heat treatment process of metal materials before rolling, forging, extrusion, hot sintering, and bending, as well as in the heat treatment processes such as quenching, tempering, and annealing of metal materials. Among them, Hengyang Company has launched a new transverse heating equipment for steel billets in the rolling mill, which is more efficient, energy-saving, occupies a smaller area, and is more convenient to use than traditional longitudinal heating equipment for steel billets.
Thermal equipment generally consists of intermediate frequency power supply, electric heating capacitor, induction furnace body, and other components. The fully automatic equipment also includes an automatic feeding sorting device, a flat vibration feeding or chain feeding device, a pressure roller feeding device, and a temperature automatic control system.
Product Features
The use of medium frequency heating for metal materials is currently one of the best heating methods commonly used. It has been widely used in many fields that use oil, gas, and coal heating. Compared with traditional fuel, coal, or other similar heating products, its characteristics are faster heating speed, higher efficiency, and reduced production costs; Low thermal radiation, low labor intensity, and meet environmental protection requirements Low pollution; The advantages of uniform temperature, easy control, low oxidation and burning loss, high degree of automation to ensure product quality, and production on semi-automatic and fully automatic machine tools.
Equipment Composition
Thermal equipment generally consists of a main cabinet, electric heating capacitors, induction furnace body, feeding and discharging transmission devices, and temperature measurement equipment. When fully automated, it also includes PLC programmable controllers, HMI human-machine interfaces, industrial control computer systems, industrial control configuration software, and various sensors.
There are four main types of furnace lining materials: silicon carbide, white corundum, stainless steel, and integral knotting; We will design and select a suitable one based on its purpose and structural characteristics.
