Product Description

Equipment Overview
The main institutions include vacuum melting furnace, single (double) insulation intermediate package system, atomization tower, melting furnace chamber and atomization tower vacuum isolation valve, high-pressure gas tight coupled supersonic atomizer, powder collection system, vacuum system, high-pressure gas source and control system, water cooling system, electric control system, etc. Melting metal melt in a vacuum melting chamber under gas protection or vacuum conditions is poured from the melting furnace into an insulated intermediate crucible in the same vacuum chamber. It is then introduced into a high-pressure gas atomizer through a flow limiting guide pipe connected to the insulated crucible. The high-speed gas jet breaks and atomizes the metal liquid into a large number of small droplets in the atomization tower. The droplets exchange heat with the cooling gas during flight and solidify into spherical or sub spherical powder particles under surface tension, which are collected in the powder collection tank connected to the atomization tower and the gas powder separation collection system.

❸ Dual melting furnace/double intermediate ladle structure: Horizontal vacuum melting and pouring system, which can rotate single/double intermediate ladles or single/double melting furnaces according to material characteristics to improve production efficiency;
❹ Reduce satellite balls: We mainly develop gas control systems and design atomization tower structures to reduce the adhesion of ultrafine powders;
❺ Intelligent and automated: automatic heating, automatic steel pouring, combined one key start, powder post-processing full process closed automated production, reducing human involvement;
❻ Low oxygen increment: Online detection of oxygen content, real-time monitoring of gas oxygen concentration in the atomization tower;
❼ Safety and energy saving: steel leakage alarm and intermediate package blockage alarm, magnetic yoke coverage rate of induction melting furnace exceeds 90%, improving efficiency and reducing noise;
❽ Targeted development: High flow atomizers made of special materials can be developed to shorten atomization time. The powder parameters can be adjusted by changing the atomization process.
